This policy explains what Grenelle does with the information you send through this website. It is short because the site collects very little.
What this site collects
The enquiry form is the only place this site collects personal information. It asks for your name, your company, your email address, the product family you are enquiring about, an optional indication of volume, and your message. Nothing else on the site collects information about you.
What this site does not do
This site sets no cookies, embeds no third-party content, and shows no advertising. The site uses Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookies. It does not build a profile of you, and it does not share your details with anyone for marketing.
Why we hold it
To read your enquiry and reply to it. That is the only purpose. Sending an enquiry does not add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
Submissions are received by the server that runs this website. Each enquiry is recorded in the site's server logs together with the IP address it was sent from. It is then sent by email, including that IP address, to Grenelle's enquiry mailbox. The email is sent through Resend, an email delivery service, which keeps a copy of each message it sends for 30 days; the mailbox is hosted by Grenelle's email provider, Hostinger. Enquiries are read by Grenelle personnel handling them. The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes the request in order to serve the site and keeps standard server logs, including IP address, for security and reliability. Apart from these service providers, enquiry details are not passed to any third party.
How long it is kept
Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any trade that follows from it, and are deleted when there is no longer a business reason to hold them.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the enquiry address published on the contact page and say what you would like done.
Changes to this policy
If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date above changes too.
